Chef Allie prepared delicious and healthy meals for my family and I during my postpartum time which was such an incredible help! The meals were all made in re-heatable glass containers and were very nutrient dense. Each meal is unique and different and she really catered to our specific dietary preferences!
Allie was hired to provide a beautiful birthday meal for 5 of us in a home in Newburg. She is delightful, fun and professional. Each course was truly amazing and delicious. I appreciated her creativity and healthy choices for both the appetizers and 4 course meal.. And her dessert cupcakes were THE best! Five stars all around.
We hired Chef Allie to cook for us during my sister’s bachelorette weekend. We ended up using Allie both nights because it was so amazing!!! She’s cooks using local fresh ingredients, she will even cater your menu to fit your groups needs! Allie was great to work with, highly recommend using Allie for your next event or vacation!!!
Allie’s food was delicious, beautiful and super heathy too. We had an engagement party with 38 guests buffet style. The goal of the party was to bring two families together from very different cultures to celebrate a the first steps in their new life journey together. Allie’s food was bright, full of flavor, fun, fresh, sustainably grown and simply YUM! We asked her to share about herself and the food with the guests prior to eating. While this request was a surprise for her, she willingly and cheerfully shared. This gesture added a deeper texture to the unifying experience and the guests loved it. We will hire Allie again. Allie is AMAZING!! She cooked for twelve ladies on a bachelorette weekend trip & she knocked it out of the park! We started with an amazing appetizer, moved on to a fresh salad, contained with a phenomenal main dish, and finished with a decadent dessert! Everyone was so impressed with the fresh, delicious food! It was truly an amazing evening because of Allie’s expertise!! I would love to enjoy her cooking again & would recommend her to anyone looking!
Amazing experience. I hired Allie to cook an anniversary dinner for two in my home, and the experience was top notch. Allie was professional, and the food was beyond delectable - fresh, local ingredients, incredible flavors, creativity, etc. She easily accommodated allergies and preferences. My kitchen was spotless after our meal, an added bonus. Allie provided such a wonderful service that I hired her back six months later to cook a 5-course meal at my house for my friend’s birthday celebration. 10/10 highly recommend!
Chef Allie put the sparkle in our holiday book club gathering. A full menu of delight after delight. Each dish was as beautiful to look at as it was to eat. While we chatted and laughed, Allie quietly created little culinary masterpieces - and then like magic it was all cleaned up. The kitchen was spotless. Superb food and service. Allie and her crew did a great job catering a buffet birthday party for about 15 guests. Recently, she was our personal chef for an in-home anniversary dinner. It was a memorable experience! Each of the six courses was custom-designed with our special favorite foods, and with creativity and flair. Allie explained each of the dishes as they were served. My wife and I agreed that this was one of the best meals we ever had. Allie is a gifted chef and very nice person. Highly recommended!
Chef Allie provided a wonderful experience after we were unable to do fine dining out at our usual restaurant for our anniversary. She brought the fine dining to us, taking us through different types of cuisine, each dish delicious. Every aspect of our experience was perfect. She handled everything easily and I would highly recommend her for any of your events.
5 stars for the private in-home chef (Allie) who turned a short-notice birthday bash into a culinary masterpiece! When I called in a panic, thinking we'd be stuck with Red Lobster, Olive Garden or the other usual suspects, this chef swooped in like a gourmet fairy godmother. She was accommodating, gracious, and thoughtful, crafting a meal that made my guests think I had planned this shindig for months. I’m pretty sure she sprinkled a little magic into every dish. Next time I need to impress on a whim, I’m calling her first!
